Terms and Conditions: IPSUL Jewellery E-Gift Card

 

By purchasing or using this e-gift card, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. No Expiry: This e-gift card has no expiry date. The full value of the card will remain valid until it is redeemed.

2. Redemption:

• This e-gift card is redeemable for merchandise on our website, www.ipsul.com.au

• The card is not redeemable for cash.

• The card is partially redeemable. Any unused balance will remain on the card for future purchases.

• If your purchase exceeds the value of the e-gift card, you must pay the difference using another valid payment method.

3. Fees:

• There are no fees associated with this e-gift card, including activation, account keeping, or balance enquiry fees.

4. Loss or Theft:

• This e-gift card should be treated like cash.

• We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged e-gift cards, or for their unauthorized use. We cannot replace or refund the balance.

5. Refunds:

• E-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

• If an item purchased with an e-gift card is returned, the refund amount will be credited back to the e-gift card.

6. General:

• We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions.

• We reserve the right to cancel an e-gift card if we suspect it has been obtained or used fraudulently.

• E-gift cards cannot be used to purchase other e-gift cards.
