Simple habit can keep your jewellery lasting long:

1. Avoid direct chemical products
2. Polish jewelley pieces with provided cloth
3. Recommend to take them off during the shower, pool, and salt water
4. Store jewellery under covered case or IPSUL velvet bag to protect oxydising.

Are those jewelleries are hypoallergenic?

Accepted Answer

Yes,
Our products are made by hypoallergenic and nickel-free matrerials.
However Everyone's allegy reaction is different. 
Our earring posts are coated with anti-allery polish, however it can cause irritation for someone who highly react to allegy.

My new earring post colour looks tarnished?

Accepted Answer

We always ensure our product is quality ended before packing.
Sterling silver post can look tarnished sometimes as the silver oxydised quickly, it will be removed by polish cloth in the package.
Titanium post can look partly darker as the titanium character mean to.
All our products are new, also for hygenic purposes, the earring has been unpackaged cannot be exchanged unless the product faluty.
